Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky said on Monday there were risks of North Korea sending more troops and military equipment for the Russian army.
Zelensky said on X that, according to preliminary data, more than 3,000 North Korean soldiers were killed and wounded in Russia’s Kursk region, where Ukraine holds a chunk of land after a major cross-border incursion in August.
