Turkish foreign minister was on Thursday to meet the Russian delegation that is in Istanbul for their first direct peace talks with Ukraine in three years, a spokesman said.
“Foreign Minister Hakan Fidan will hold a meeting with the Russian delegation headed by Vladimir Medinsky at Dolmabahce (palace) this evening,” foreign ministry spokesman Öncü Keçeli said.
