Russia says NATO no longer keeps up appearances with preemptive strikes talk, TASS reports

Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov said on Tuesday NATO has stopped keeping up appearances when it declared the possibility of preemptive strikes against Russia, the TASS news agency reported.
